SOAPnet Smoothie Tour Stops at Mindshare

SOAPnet wound up its annual smoothie tour with Maui Wowi smoothies served at New York agency Mindshare. Melissa Archer, who plays Natalie Buchanan on One Life to Live, greeted the media team who took a cool break with pina coladas, frozen cappuccinos and strawberry/raspberry smoothies.

Doctor's in the House for SOAPnet Smoothie Tour

The SOAPnet Smoothie Tour made its hottest stop of the month today at ad agency MEC. The temp on the street hit 99. The humidity must have been, like, 160%. But inside it was all cool and refreshing. One Life To Live star Terrell Tilford (who plays Dr. Greg Evans) greeted the 100+ MEC media buyers with leis while Maui Wowi banged out the smoothies - strawberry, pina colada, frozen cappuccino with banana....yeah, it was really good. Eat (drink) your heart out! PS Check out Terrell's Facebook fan page.

One Live To Live's Kassie DePaiva Joins SOAPnet Smoothie Promo

SOAPnet promotes its Upfront buying season by bringing Maui Wowi smoothies in to NYC ad agencies like Universal McCann. Kassie DePaiva (Blair Cramer) from One Live to Live joined the event to greet UM's media team.

SOAPnet Smoothie Tour with Maui Wowi Stops at ZenithOptimedia

The SOAPnet Smoothie Tour is into its 7th year in NYC. Maui Wowi stopped by Zenith Optimedia and had the help of One Life to Live's Bree Williamson.

SOAPnet Smoothie Tour Starts 7th Season with Maui Wowi

Every June, ABC Television markets its Fall lineup to the advertising community in the "upfronts," and for seven years in a row Maui Wowi has been partnering with ABC and its cable station SOAPnet to visit NYC's ad agencies with some summer fun. We kicked off the tour today at Mediavest. Joining us was One Life to Live's Melissa Archer (Natalie Buchanan to those devotees).

SOAPnet Smoothie Tour Heads Downtown to OMD

Today we smoothified (yeah, it's a word, I just made it up but it's a word) ad agency OMD with the help of One Life to Live star Jean-Paul Lavoisier (known to some of you as Rex Balsom...now why couldn't I be named Rex Balsom?) We had to get our passports stamped and head all the way down to lower Broadway, which we managed just fine. Everyone spoke very understandable English and we had a great time! Next Monday we wrap up this year's SOAPnet Smoothie Tour at Mediavest. Until then....

Smoothie Tour Makes Whistle Stop at ZenithOptimedia

SOAPnet Smoothie Tour Day 2: We headed downtown (where the traffic is less crazy than 37th and 7th) to ZenithOptimedia. We were joined by One Live to Live star Melissa Archer, who plays Natalie Buchanan ("as fiery as her red hair") on the show. The media buyers from Zenith enjoyed our special tour flavors: Black Raspberry/Strawberry, Pina Colada with Banana, and frozen Cappuccino with Banana. Go on, be jealous! Next stop: Carat on Tuesday. Get thirsty, Carat! (And there will be a surprise celeb from All My Children. Sssshhh, don't tell!

SOAPnet Shares Smoothies with the Minds at Mindshare

OK, we were never great headline writers. (Say it five times fast, we dare you.) Today's SOAPnet star helping us out at Mindshare was Farah Fath, who plays Gigi Morasco on One Life to Live. "With big dreams and a bigger heart, Gigi's smile and quick wit belie her constant struggle to make ends meet. Still, she'd gladly give anything she had to help a friend." Except her Black Raspberry smoothie. Here's the vid and some other fun shots:

SOAPnet Smoothie Tour Stops at McCann

Kamar de los Reyes was our soap star today for the SOAPnet Smoothie Tour stop at McCann Universal. Kamar did SOAPnet proud by properly lei-ing (is that a word?) all McCann media buyers who stopped by. What else would you expect of the man who plays Antonio Vega on One Life to Live, who is described as "strong, proud, romantic but equally hot tempered." While hearts skipped a beat and body temps rose, we cooled off the gang with strawberry banana, black raspberry and my fav, cappuccino...don't ask about the calories: if you need to ask you can't afford them. Delish.

SOAPnet Smoothie Tour Rolls On

The SOAPnet Smoothie Tour made a stop at ad agency Carat today and our celeb de jour was Jean-Paul Lavoisier, who plays bad-boy Rex Balsom on One Life to Live. The gals at Carat had about four smoothies apiece...just so they could come back and have one more moment with JP. I think there's a reality show in here somewhere!
