Princeton University Alumni Conference

Maui Wowi provided a smoothie bar for Princeton University's Alumni Association conference.  The attendees' meeting break was only 30 minutes, so we pre-made smoothies and had them waiting in a crushed ice. It worked out great - 300 people served in half-an-hour.
