The techies of Stevens Institute had their Techfest Halloween event today, which had everything from tarot card readings to astrology charts to creating stuffed monster toys to wax hand molds -- and Maui Wowi espressos and hot cocoas. And it's official: Stevens has the most beautiful views of any college anywhere. It's quite a place!

It could have been rainy and freezing at Montclair State College today as Maui Wowi kicked off Homecoming Weekend celebrations with smoothies in the Student Center quad. But it was warm and sunny, as these photos attest.

Music and Maui Wowi Espresso at Bronx Community College

Maui Wowi visits many CUNY colleges to make smoothies, espressos and hot cocoas for events. Today was our first visit to Bronx Community College as part of their Latino Heritage Month celebrations, and it was special. Accompanying us to create a great atmosphere for the students was a band that reminded us of Buena Vista Social Club, who we love. The music made the hours go by too fast and we barely noticed the 300+ espresso drinks we made. And the best part was the enthusiastic applause the young students gave these great old musicians.
